This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

Seth update and baby weights.

Though Seth's CO2 level is down today, his oxygen requirements have been quite high.  The have sedated him a little bit, since he seems to be fighting the respirator and that wears him out and raises his oxygen needs.  We pray the higher oxygen levels do not damage his lungs further.

The others area all doing well.  They are giving David a transfusion right now, but that's pretty standard.  They have to draw blood regularly in order to know how best to care for them, but it also depletes their blood levels.

Today's weigh-in report:

Grace: 2 lb 9.6  oz
Marcie 2 lb 7.5 oz
David: 3 lb
Will: 3 lb 10 oz
Seth: 2 lb 14.5 oz
