First, yet another P.S. about the stroller: Please tell Runabout that we sent you if you end up ordering anything from them. :o)
Re: Seth; they sent away another confirmatory virus panel, which, if it comes back negative, will allow gastroenterology to schedule his g-peg surgery. It will take 24-48 hours at least to hear back. We are praying it will be negative again so we can get this show on the road and get our pudgy big little guy home!!
Gracie is OFF of all oxygen, all meds and both inhalers as of this afternoon, for which we praise God! Her oxygen saturation was 100% in the doctor's office after being off oxygen since 7:00 or 8:00 this morning. Her lungs sounded great and her breathing was nice and slow. Hooray! We'd been tapering everything at home, except the oral meds which she basically grew out of. She weighs more than 7 pounds more than her birth weight of 1 lb 12 oz. She is now 9 lb 1.7 oz, still less than 5% on the 2-month-old (adjusted age) growth charts, but healthy as a little Shetland pony! And even more darling. :)
Love and gratitude,
Carrie
This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.
Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

Praise God for all this wonderful news!! I think I will cry when Seth comes home so I can only imagine what it will mean to you. I wish to hsare something with you and I hope it is okay. I have always felt that God chooses special parents for speical circumstances. He never ceases to amaze me in his wiseness of choice. This time is no different. He chose the perfect parents for Will, David, Marcie, Grace, and sweet baby Seth, as well as Isaac. You are wonderful. Pat yourself on the back. I know you do it through God, but I also know you are amazing people who deserve a it. God bless each of you.
