This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

Will and Gracie coming TODAY!

Pictures later; Will's feeding issues appear to be figured out. Thank you so much for all the kind comments and for praying! We are still desperately in need of volunteers, both night and day, so if you can take another shift or know of a nursing or GIAL student who would work for us, all suggestions welcome! :)

  5. So wish that I could come help. But I live far away in VA. Unless it would help if I only flew out for a week. I think my husband could manage our family of six for a few days. I am not a nurse and I've never dealt with preemies. But I am raising four children (ages 5-14). Would I be of any use?

  6. I've volunteered to work a shift every Thursday, but, Stacey said I would "work out" since I don't have the two immunizations that are required. I told her I'd get the immunizations. I'm a friend of Jennifer Wallers. I've also got years and years of experience as a Nanny. I'm so happy that the babies are doing so well, I've been a faithful prayer warrior for them and your family for several months. God bless.
