This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

More pictures from Nov 30th

There are so many cute "last day of autumn" pictures I decided to post a few more. Thanks for the kind feedback from so many of you!

Seth examining one particular leaf very closely

Another ultra-cute one of Seth. He was quite the little gentleman that day, grinning for Naomi!

Gracie looks tired but so precious

Will attempting the slide backwards

Yet another happy Seth shot

Worn-out Will exits the leaf pile

Marcie looks euphoric! She's been so happy and sweet and so much less clingy. I told Gavin tonight, "It's getting easier!"
But then I kept tripping over babies and they kept falling and hurting themselves and everyone was trying to steal each other's milk, so I was VERY ready for bedtime to come - and very glad Gavin is home!!! :)

  1. Gavin IS so much help & I'm sure you are glad to have him back! Last night I saw him wrestling with nighttime diapers & jammies & bottles, then down on his hands & knees cleaning up the messiest dinner table I have ever seen! What a servant leader! KJH
