You have to listen really closely right away to hear Gracie's answer to Gavin's question. :)
This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.
Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

You have no idea how blessed I am to see your cute pics and read your blog! Puts huge smiles on this Minnesota grandma's face! :-) Our grandchildren are either getting older or the younger one lives in Texas. I've been praying for your family (including Isaac) since the birth. What treasures from the Lord!!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you so much! That really touches and blesses me. I can tell people are praying. The power of prayer is astonishing when I really see/feel it in action! Your prayers help me truly enjoy my treasures. Love, Carrie
DeleteI soooo look forward to getting your blog posts in my email!! What a joy to see the love that is poured out by you and your hubby on your family!! Many many blessings!! Praying for you and your ministry daily!!
ReplyDeleteBless you, dear sister! Thank you for each prayer, again, powerful and effective. The Lord is SO good - "who is man that you would be mindful of him?" is the thought I have personalized, over and over again during this journey. "Who am I that you would give us quintuplets (a blessing I did not initially embrace!) and move all these people to pray for us?" Love and gratitude, Carrie
