This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We lived in Papua New Guinea for 18 years working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God in support of Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, worked in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Currently, we are serving the mission in the USA in Recruiting, pilot training, and facilities maintenance work. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and married Meagan in 2025. Our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.
Oh what a chic mother! The color and the style of the shirt is a perfect match with your beauty Carrie! Way to go!
ReplyDeleteHi Jutta! You are my favorite commenter right now. ;) So sweet of you to say so, and I have to confess I only looked that put-together because we had a GI appointment in downtown Dallas for Seth. All those beautiful clothes were given to me by a lovely lady whose daughter is a designer in the fashion industry. She also donates lots of clothes to the other missionary women here at our Dallas Center. What a blessing!
ReplyDeleteI want to know if that is Ypie Doelman. There can't be many Ypie's in this world, at least not in Dallas. I knew Ypie well in Suriname, South America but haven't seen her or even hardly heard her name since 1992 when I left Suriname. Her boys were very small when I knew her. I loved her! Imagine finding her on your posts which I look at regularly...if it is her. She knew me as Beth Grant...please tell her I say hi.
