Marcie on the trampoline |
Praise God, the babies were well enough to go today, although Will had a fever by noon and was pretty miserable all day. I am a LOT better, so that makes everything easier, thankfully. Water contamination has been more or less ruled out for now. As our pediatrician here said, "This IS The Land of the Microbes!" In this case, it's probably just a long-lasting virus. A good friend and former volunteer, Donna, said that her kids had much stronger immunities as a result of being raised on the mission field (the other side of our same island) and did very well over all. We trust the same will be true of our kids, Lord willing!

Karen writes about this scene: "After the kids took the train track apart they tried to put it back together. Gracie was the only one who succeeded. She had the wrong ends of the track together, then figured out on her own how to turn it around the other way and made the two pieces connect. I was totally impressed! It's so fun seeing them every week because every time they come I see a new skill or hear new words. Today I heard Will say, 'There's two cars!'" |

Love, love, LOVE this photo!! Seth and Marcie, my two blue-eyed babies (their eye color makes Murmps very happy!) |

Little mirror-imaged lopsided mouths. |

They nearly fell asleep together. They were nestled in together just like in the womb. I had trouble determining which was Seth and which was Marcie moving when I was pregnant! |
