This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

Happy Independence Day!

Seth (left) and Grace at The Hampshire with great-grandma "Murmps" and her friends. So much fun!

Seth seems very excited to have Murmps in the picture and is trying to communicate the delightful news to Grace.
Seth in Les's cowboy hat at the church's annual 4th of July pancake breakfast. It was already HOT by 8:30 a.m.!
Seth also fell asleep in Dorothy's arms for at least half-an-hour. Kids always seem to know who the natural baby-lovers and grandmas are, don't they? Both babies enjoyed their time and all the attention very much.

  1. Thanks for the sweet posts about the 4th of July and your visit to CA! They have grown so much in the past 2 months. I can't wait to see them again. Gladys
