This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

Christmas Quints

Thanks to Aunt Karen, we actually have photos of our kids in their Christmas clothes! It's really hard to get photos with all the kids looking at the camera and smiling, so there are several you can "composite" in your mind. Happy kids! And happy Mommy, who was taking a Sunday afternoon nap as Karen snapped these photos and her house. ;)

I love how our kids enjoy the ornaments and can be somewhat trusted with them this year. I always played with my mom's ornaments, making up little stories with the various ones. It's one of my best Christmas memories as a kid!

Seth asked to take this photo of Karen, and David plopped down in her lap so he could be in it with her! Pretty good!!
