These aren't as good, but they're cute. I think the glare I mentioned in my last post (with the best picture) was actually a smudge on the camera lens.
Isaac was off playing, as usual. We don't deliberately leave him out of photos, he's just hard to corral! He has his own plans and activities. :)
This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.
Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

Oh.my.goodness, they are just too cute! Christmas should be fun at your house this year.
ReplyDeleteJust SO BEAUTIFUL. Pure joy. This will certainly be the merriest of Christmases :). Just curious, who has made it up on top of this table by Himself :)?
ReplyDeleteOh, they all can!! :)
DeletePraising God with you for these beautiful blessings...and for His Mercy and Grace He has shown you over the years!
ReplyDeleteI have been amiss in catching up with the blog posts...it appears I have missed a LOT! This is the time of year we pack up and "shut down" the house here and fly back to Tucson for the winter to be with our kids and grandkids for the holidays so I have been a bit busy. I won't comment on each one but will just say that each picture I enjoyed so much....shared with my Mr. and prayed again for each little blessing and that big blessing Isaac (who I'm sure had better things to do on a Sunday afternoon)! :) They are just getting so big....beautiful children Carrie and Gavin, all 6 of them...you are so blessed! The pictures of the PNG countryside from your "office" were breathtaking....how can someone see that and not know there is a God!
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh a bit reading all your "worries" that you went through after the babies were born....again, Grandma would say "worry is payment on a debt that you don't owe".....or "worry is like rocking in a chair, you'll keep moving but your not getting anywhere"! We're Mom's, she bears and we like to "see it coming" and have a plan before it hits us between the eyes don't we! But, sometimes it just is a waste of energy and time....however, being human we don't always know that do we!
I wish you all the blessings that the birth of our Lord and Savior can bring to your family...the faith to know He always has you in His hands, the peace of knowing He always has things in His control and the grace to close your eyes, lift your head to the heavens, stretch out your arms and just FEEL HIS LOVE rain down on you! Merry Christmas.....prayers continue!
Thank you so much!! I will feel it for sure!
