Hi all,
Regarding the last few photo-only posts of Seth: Sorry, I didn't realize when we posted to Facebook the explanations of the pictures didn't post over here. Clearly, Seth broke his arm. He was trying to jump from one piece of furniture to another (it was a rainy day, so he couldn't play outside) and fell on the floor with all his weight on that poor arm, consequently partially breaking both his ulna and radius. He was in a lot of pain! Our amazing Clinic staff cheerfully left their suppers to medicate and fix him up (but not before ol' Mom shed a few tears of sympathy), x-raying and setting his arm prior to putting on a splint. Yesterday he upgraded to a real cast, which will be on him for six weeks. He's still in some pain and has to be regularly dosed with ibuprofen, but he's a champ!
Pictures from yesterday, when he had his splint removed and cast put on:
And a few bonus pics:
The kids (on the fence) welcoming back the Crosland family, with Isaac standing to their left.
Superkids! Gracie, Will and David trying out their poses (and playing in the sandbox. Super Heroes need downtime too, apparently.):
